Diego Carroll

Diego is a the Principal and Project Manager for Monument Engineers. He was formerly Senior Supervising Engineer and Project Manager for WSP (formerly WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff) and lead its Planning and Environmental group in Utah. Diego’s educational training includes Masters degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He was introduced to urban planning and design first through college courses and later as the development manager for new urban mixed-use developments in the Saint George, Utah area. Although Diego’s current projects revolve primarily around transportation, he appreciates the insights urban design concepts provide to the confluence of infrastructure and community development; particularly the relationship between transportation infrastructure and community. Diego is interested in market-based solutions that improve the places where we work, shop, and otherwise interact with each other.
