Andrea Olson is a principal consultant at Parametrix. She has over 25 years of planning and transportation planning experience. Her background includes the Utah Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget, two MPOs including the Wasatch Front Regional Council and the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, and 17 years in the private sector. She has managed a wide range of transportation projects including Emerging Area Plans for UDOT, the Lehi Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, the Hub Intersection in Heber, Utah, and the 700 West Corridor Study in Midvale. She provides great value to public outreach and stakeholder engagement and combines general plan experience with practical transportation planning skills. She holds a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
